• Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically processes standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver and secure the website.

1. About the App

LoanCalc - Loan EMI Calculator is a free financial calculator application (EMI, loan, deposit, investment, tax and everyday calculators). The app is a calculation tool for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a bank, lender or financial service — it does not offer, approve, broker or process loans, and it does not ask for or transmit your financial account details.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require registration or sign-in, and we do not collect your name, phone number, e-mail address, contacts, photos, files or SMS.
• Numbers you type into calculators (amounts, interest rates, tenure, dates, answers to in-app questionnaires) are processed on your device and stored only locally on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to any server, and are removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
• We do not collect precise (GPS) location.

3. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

The app uses trusted third-party services to show advertising (which keeps the app free), to deliver remote configuration, and to measure installs from our advertising campaigns. These services may automatically collect certain device information, such as:

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) and similar device identifiers;
• Device information (model, operating system version, language, screen size);
• Approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address;
• App interaction and diagnostic information (e.g. app opened, ad viewed/clicked, crash data);
• Install referrer information provided by Google Play (to know whether the install came from one of our advertising campaigns).

4. How Collected Information Is Used

• To display advertisements (including personalized ads where you have consented, and non-personalized ads otherwise);
• To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns (install attribution);
• To remotely configure app content and features;
• To detect crashes and improve stability and user experience.

5. Advertising & Your Choices

• The app shows banner, native, interstitial and app-open advertisements served by Google AdMob, and occasionally sponsored promotional content that opens in your browser or an in-app browser tab. Sponsored content is labelled “Ad”.
• Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), a consent form is shown before personalized ads are served, as provided by Google's User Messaging Platform. You can decline personalized ads.
• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time from your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads), and opt out of ads personalization.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We ourselves do not store your personal data on any server. Calculator inputs remain only on your device — uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes them permanently. Data collected by the third-party services above is retained according to their own policies. To exercise deletion or other privacy rights regarding data held by those providers, please use the links in Section 3, or contact us and we will assist where we can.

7. Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. Security

Ad and configuration traffic uses industry-standard encrypted connections (HTTPS) provided by the SDK vendors. Because no user account exists and calculator data never leaves your device, the app's own data exposure is minimal.

9. Disclaimer (Not Financial Advice)

All results produced by the app are estimates based on standard financial formulas and are for informational and educational purposes only. Actual figures may differ based on the terms, rates and policies of your bank, lender or financial institution. The app is not affiliated with any bank, NBFC, financial institution or government body. Always confirm final figures with your financial provider before making any financial decision.
